Nexus
Autonomous Vehicle Dashboard
Overview
Designed a dispatching dashboard for monitoring and dispatching autonomous self-driving vehicles in Rouen, Normandy, France. The dashboard enabled dispatchers to track vehicle schedules, manage ride offers, and monitor trips in real-time across designated low-pedestrian-traffic zones.
Problem
Dispatchers needed to transition from managing human drivers to monitoring autonomous vehicles with no driver present, tracking rider requests through a companion app. The existing dispatching systems were built for human-driver workflows and couldn't support the unique requirements of autonomous vehicle oversight.
Solution
Designed a flexible dashboard with real-time map views, trip management panels, vehicle detail views, and ride offer cards. Created an interface with collapsible side panels to maximize screen real estate while maintaining access to critical vehicle and schedule data.

Wireframe 01
A dispatcher has to be very attentive in order to carry and stick to their appointed arrival times and vehicle destinations tracking. Landing page should quickly allow choices to selected service area they are assigned.
Wireframe 02
Dispatcher will be able view high level of individual vehicle's with ride offers, providing enough information to make the correct choices.
Wireframe 03
Interface with a flexible screen real estate allowing the side panels to open and close, giving the dispatcher enough to view vehicles and service routes.
High-Fidelity Flow Map
