The Problem
During the 2020 pandemic, individuals were compelled to remain indoors, restricting their activities to essential tasks such as shopping, dining out, and commuting. As a result of the absence of office workers, the need for snack deliveries has diminished.
Understanding the Problem
In response to this shift, SnackNation (now Caroo) adapted its business strategy to accommodate office delivery services to home delivery. Initially, the company focused on offering gift baskets of snacks, gradually expanding its product offerings to include both snacks and experiences. This expansion of the office snack business model allowed SnackNation to establish a new customer base by gifting one another.
